You have chosen a product that can be used as:
Handout - We print and ship to you
Mailout - We print with your recipients address on the piece and deliver it to the Post Office for you.
Mailout is a product with Variable Printing Technology which creates a unique post card for each of your recipients. Because of the this process, a mailing list is required for this product
There are two methods in providing your database:
1. You can order the mailing database from us (cost associated)
2. You can upload your own database
If you plan to uploaded your own database, the two formats we accept:
A. Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) Click Here to download sample file
B. Comma Separated Value (.csv) Click Here to download sample file
The Post Office has different minimums based on postage type.
For First Class Presort & 3rd Class, add 5-10 extra records, some records may be dropped thru the US Postal Address Validation.
Preparing your database ahead of time for uploading, using the correct columns / column headers from the sample files above will give you a better user experience and making your mail out order smoother.
