How does the login process work?

Logins are provided by the site admin. A request for access starts with creating an account by clicking Register. Your registration will be reviewed and permissions assigned prior to allowing use of this site. You will receive a welcome e-mail once your account has been approved. What do I do if I forgot my password?

Please click the forgot password link on the login page.

What do I do if I cannot locate my item?

If you are not able to search for your item by sku, name, or product description, please contact AEmmett@fluidra.com

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time for items in inventory will depend on the shipping method selected. All items ordered before 12PM will be shipped out within 48 business hours.

Backorders

Backorders are not accepted at this time. All products listed are current and intended for inventory. If you are not able to add a product to your cart, inventory has temporarily run out and more is on the way. Please check back again soon.

Shipping Charges

While shipping fees may appear at checkout, individuals will not be charged for shipping. There is no cost to users for ordering marketing assets from this site.

Safe Zone:

The dash Red line that goes all around your artwork. Make sure anything that you do not want cut off to stay within this line. All critical elements text, images, logos, etc. must be kept inside this Red dash line.

Cut Line:

This line is a representation of where your artwork will be cut / trim. Any critical elements near this line will most likely be cut off.

Bleed Zone:

Any background images or colors past the Cut Line will be cut off, so it looks like its falling off the sheet of the paper, this is what we call a bleed. Make sure to extend any background images or colors past the Cut Line to the edge of the canvas to bleed.
